Think about the incredible stories of faith we read in the Bible. Moses stood before the burning bush and led a nation through the Red Sea. Abraham stepped out into the unknown by faith. Peter walked on water, and John leaned close to the very chest of Savior.
When we read these accounts, it is easy to feel like God was closer to them than He is to us. But here is a breathtaking truth: the exact same God who walked with Moses walks with you, a fellow follower of Jesus! The very same God who was with Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Peter, and John is with you this very hour.
Because of your faith in Jesus, you have the holy privilege of His constant presence. You can carry this confidence into every single detail of your routine.
When you are starting your morning with a quiet cup of coffee, He is there. When you are navigating a stressful meeting at work, or tackling a mound of chores at home, He is actively guiding you. And when the sun goes down and you are trying to quiet your mind to sleep at night, His peaceful presence still surrounds you.
You don't have to face any task, any transition, or any storm in your own strength. Go through your day and night with absolute confidence, knowing that Jesus is right beside you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.
Let's pray: Lord Jesus, thank You that the same God who led Moses and the Apostles is with me today. Help me to walk with quiet confidence today, trusting in Your constant presence and Your unfailing love. Amen.
