This is Follow Jesus Radio encouraging you to have faith in Jesus Christ and follow Him daily. The title of this devotional thought is:
The Fullness of His Joy.
I was reading about the peace that Jesus offers in this Bible passage whee Jesus said:"I have spoken these things to you, that my joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be made full."
---John 15:11
Think about that. Jesus desires for His followers to have joy to and that joy to remain in them.
Where can this joy be found? First, one must repent and believe in the Good News of Jesus Chris. And then we take up our cross and follow HIm.
As the Psalmist writes:
"You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore."
— Psalm 16:11
This very moment let's turn our eyes to Jesus, trust in His love, and let His complete joy fill our hearts today.
Let’s pray: Lord Jesus, thank You that You desire for our joy to be complete. Forgive us for the times we search for happiness in the temporary things of this world. Draw us close to Your presence today, fill us with Your perfect peace as we trust in You, and help us to rejoice in Your goodness through every single moment of our day. Amen.
