Christian - forgiven - grateful

Welcome. My name is Richard Templin Hancock and I’m here to encourage you to have faith in Jesus Christ and follow Him daily. I'm glad you're here—let's walk this path together.
I hope these blog posts will be a source of encouragement to you as you walk with Jesus:

God has your day planned

This is Follow Jesus Radio encouraging you to have faith in Jesus Christ and follow him daily.  The title of this devotional thought is: God has your day planned.

Psalm 139:16 BSB
Your eyes saw my unformed body; all my days were written in Your book and ordained for me before one of them came to be.

Today is no accident, though it may look like one! But we have to remind ourselves God is sovereign, and He not only planned you and your life—God plans your every moment. There are no surprises with God! We may scratch our heads and wonder what is going on, but let's remind ourselves to look to our Heavenly Father and seek His wisdom for the moment. Possibly He is asking us to simply trust.

Job 14:5 NLT
You have decided the length of our lives. You know how many months we will live, and we are not given a minute longer.

Sweet surrender to God's will brings sweet peace.

Psalm 56:8 NLT
You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book.

Nothing goes unnoticed with God. If you face a maze of obstacles today, then trust your Heavenly Father, who has brought you this far. Always allow Jesus and His teachings to be your guide.

Let's pray. Heavenly Father, we recognize You hold our days and our moments in Your hand. Help us to trust Your will today. Help us to recognize when we need to go to battle with the devil. Let us know when we need to rest. Let us know when we need to pray. Let us know when it is time to enjoy your blessings. Amen.

That's it for this podcast. Follow Jesus Radio is here 24 hours a day to encourage you to have faith in Jesus Christ and follow Him daily. Remember, Jesus loves you and is just a prayer away.
